The Samsung Plasma 4 Series shouldn't be confused with the Samsung 4 Series in the LCD market, both released in 2008, despite their very similar names and specifications. Both series lie at the entry-level of their respective lineups and feature a native resolution of 720p, the notable difference is the panel technology used, with this line being plasma.
